Do you think that all those people are better presidents than Ronald Reagan? His highest approval rating was only 68%.

People were duped and then adjusted accordingly. Some are still just suckers, too blind or just can't admit they were wrong.

In my thread I do not see where I mentioned anything about "better" and I do not see it in the other thread either. The word is "popular" which one can construe to be better or not.

BTW...I didn't care much for Carter and Reagan even less.

Protip: peak values do not provide a good over-all view.

Bush' first term average popularity was really quite fine but it has dropped quite steadily since 9/11 other than a bump up at the beginning of the Iraq War and another bump up when Saddam was captured. Quite obviously he was right around 50% at the end of his first term given the close election.

The imbecile is the President of the richest...most influential...most poweful country on the earth. He is a graduate of a prestigous ivy league university and has a masters degree. He has been Governor of the second largest state in the union. He is a former jet fighter pilot. He is a multi millionaire. Everyone with half a brain knows something very fishy went down during the voting controversy in Florida, 2000. It is known that Bush joined the Texas Air National Gaurd to avoid being drafted, and was given a comfortable assignment by daddy dearest. The Bush family has had close relations with The Bin Laden family, the Taliban and the Saudi government for more than 3 decades. Bush intelectual capabilities have been questioned repeatedly by the media and anyone able to notice and IMBECILE when they see one.

The approval rating when they leave office means more then the approval rating when they first enter office. Bush's rating was inflated because of 9/11.
