Does anyone know who it was? I know he was caught after running a mile from the hotel barefoot. He ran right by me as we were setting up for the Porn Poker Tour.

I heard from the security people today that he was an outsider using a stolen badge. He was not in the industry.

The guy ran by me as he got caught. He was trying to steal out of one of the burlesque dancer's purse.

I had some cash stolen off the pool bed by our poolside cabana, what a bunch of crap.. My level of faith in humanity drops daily..

We saw a guy try to steal a girls cell phone, but she caught him... He played it off as a mistake. There were three of them together with wrist bands and no badges and they left the pool area pretty quick.

cops caught him three blocks away.

When I walked over to the poker tour I saw paramedics and police, I guess he had knocked over a security guy or the guy tripped while chasing him. These things plain and simple sucks and bring unnecessary attention to our industry. I really hope it wasn't someone from the industry :(

At one point there was a 9 yr old or so using the bathroom by the store. She was there with her father and she didnt make it into the lobby. The father did go in and look around while she was in the bathroom. I reported it to security and they took care of it.

They shouldnt have been passed security.

Actually, no it wasn't. Not in the mornings. I left around 10am Saturday and as I am getting into my car in front of the hotel, I watch an older lady who obviously was not a part of our group, wander in from the art fair, look at the sign that said closed event, take a few steps back, stand there contemplating, then walk right on in. No one was at the door at all. No reason why someone could not have come through the door in the mornings and just hung out inside all day long.

Is this for real?
