I made a thread to hire writers and I asked them to tell me what they wanted paid instead of stating wages I want to pay...

I did it for several reasons...

One being that I pay people what they want if they are worth it...

Another reason being is I feel peoples income should stay private...

It's nobodies business but your own in regards to how much income they earn

That is how I feel and what I thought, but I wanted to see how everyone else feels because I recieved a little shit about it..

Almost all job interviews i've been on they asked me "How much are you looking for?"

it's only smart.. You dont want to offer the person too little and you dont want to offer them too much...

It was very successful and I found several very good writers to work with...

There was one person trying to start drama with me for my lack of spelling and grammer.... As I am hiring writers... :1orglaugh

I am not worried about getting shit, I just want to be sure when I post job offers I do it in a matter that the community in a whole would like it done..

Ohh lack of spelling and grammar that really has nothing to do with what i referred to...

you definitely want to look professional.. I mean if you cant even check yer spelling and grammar.. How could you possibly run a profitable business?

What kind of writing is this for? I have a mainstream writer that would be interested in hearing more about your needs. If you have mainstream needs, I will have her put together some details for you. Though I am a little confused as to what you are looking for... most projects are paid per project and it depends what kind of project it is in order to give a price.
