Anyone here an affiliate w/ VirtualGirl HD?

I just started and sent around 700 uniques with 9 installs with 3 or 4 signups and then my commission ALL disappears. Stats are still there but the sales are gone. The guy on live help takes about 20 minutes between responses and keeps telling me I didn't have any signups.

AVOID THIS SITE

Hmm, that's really strange, never heard of any problems with them. I don't advertise them for other reasons, regarding their promo activity on pornbb.org (yeah, must be a rogue affiliate, I know).

amateur-skin 03-28-2008 06:16 PM

Details of that?

tehHinjew 03-28-2008 06:22 PM

thats wack yo

StarkReality 03-28-2008 06:42 PM

Well, there is a guy running several pretty popular promo threads for them on pornbb.org, e.g. contests for download credits and flying their program in the sig. Basically looks like they do it themselves (rogue affiliate?!) and profit from traffic of one of the biggest surfer forums that is giving away full members areas via rapidshare.

No biggie, it's not the same league as the tube supporters, but I prefer not to avoid business with anyone indirectly profiting from content theft.

Step up Totem in case I'm wrong...

I'm going to have to hop on over there this weekend and make sure I am not promoting anyone supporting them. Seems like a good way to avoid getting screwed. :2 cents:

Well, to be honest and fair: All programs I have ever seen run ads on surfer forums, tubes, etc. are really big ones with a flawless record of paying affiliates. Quite a few of the industry leaders...sad

The VirtuaGirl guys are good friends of mine. They are totally upfront and honest - I've known them for about 11 years.

If there is an issue, email them directly and get it straightened out.

AVOID THIS SITE

Come on... "AVOID THIS SITE"? These guys are good people and from what i have seen run an honest company.

Stop being so dramatic. I can promise you they are not trying to screw you over.

Shap 03-28-2008 08:08 PM

I've done business with Rex and Virtual Girl for years. There is nothing to avoid. I'm sure if you contact him or his crew they'll help you out.

Rex Rocks!

johannes 03-31-2008 09:11 AM

I got scared and I removed the install from computer

quantum-x 03-31-2008 09:33 AM

Rex and VirtuaGirl are one of the oldest, most honest companies there are.

I'm assuming you didn't bother to contact anyone before making your drama thread. I've taken the time to contact Rex for you.

st0ned 03-31-2008 10:32 AM

I just started promoting them, haven't had any problems with stats thus far.

jmk 03-31-2008 11:05 AM

We never had any problems with them and I've known Rex personally for years. I am sure he will clear this up pronto!

areagirls 03-31-2008 11:18 AM
