What is one of the Maca side-effects?

Maca is actually pretty safe, I believe a few countries refuse to import it though ... so we chose to go a different route. LJ100 is better for a man's sleep cycle, it helps people achieve REM sleep more readily, whereas some report insomnia after taking medium/high doses of Maca. I believe it's from Peru, which is probably why you're asking. :)
