Need a regular banner design person
 

I'm irritated with the work ethic of any designer I've worked with in the last year.

I am looking for someone who is always looking for piece work and can crank out banners and templates like no ones business when needed several times a month.

No outsourcing.

Oh, the portfolio is incredible but I do like working with individuals a bit more. The one on one is important to me. I don't like having managers passing stuff on to the college kids in the back.
