I haven't had a drink or smoked for about 10 days, 80 more days and I will break the record I did way back in 2000, when I worked out really bad and wanted to experiment a bit.

(for those trollers who would want to preach their anti alcohol evangelium, one or two social beers while stepping into a bar or restaurant is a MUST around here, and there is no such week while I would NOT step into a bar or a restaurant.. )
