WARNING To Google AdWords Customers!! (PHISHING EMAILS)
I just received a phishing email that appears to come from Google AdWords asking me to update my billing info. The email appears very authentic, however, I noticed it was sent to an email address that isn't the one I use for AdWords.
The link in the email points to a .cn web site. I'm sure most of you here are smart enough to detect a phishing email, but no harm in posting a warning. Of course, if you aren't an AdWords customer you aren't likely stupid enough to try and update your billing there, are you ;) |
yeah ive noticed an increase in phishing emails
|
Yeah, they are done by a pro. It's being sent to one of my addresses that was compromised in the NATS leak. Someone clearly knows this data is valuable.
