It depends on how you have yours setup.

Submit a ticket at their HelpDesk.

the program seems to work well but the documentation is non existent. Have to submit a ticket and wait for nearly every question i have.

Submit a ticket, they seem to respond the same day, but there needs to be documentation of this stuff.

Hi there,

Ill do some general info here since one of our guys will contact you directly to help you out :)

If you loose your password for the ticket system you will find a link right next to where you add your user and pass that say " (Lost Password) Enter your email address there and you will get it sent to you :)

As for the documentation. We totally agree with you that it is fare from good enough. How ever, we do have some and more in the help center of the ticket system. Our experience is that alot of people rather add a ticket then reading docs anyway, BUT I totally agree, we should have better docs for the MAS program. I will tell you all a little secret here, we are working on a totally new MAS program now, and we will have better docs there. So we have spent most of our time coding on the new one and hope for understanding there :)

I would like to ensure all current and future MAS customers that our team is working really hard on getting the new version (software+demo+documentation and samples) available as soon as possible, and even before the release of version 2.0, there will be a revised and improved version of the manual and a knowledge base for the current version.

Rather than that - yes, the best way is to submit a ticket and ask for the things you do not understand or don't find in the documentation.
