Mine was good. Had a pot roast over at my aunt's house, followed by some chocolate cake. :thumbsup

I'm stuffed and ready to go inside the oven...

Honey BBQ Ribs, Sweet BBQ beans, slightly overcooked potatoes (I like the outside crunchy, go fig.), and fresh steamed veggies.

Best. Easter. Dinner. Ever.

What a pigout it was. Only six of us, tons of leftovers.

Just some baked potato, salad, blue cheese, rock lobster, and shrimp alfredo.

Wow. Easter is never a big eat for us, that's what Thanksgiving is for! Sounds great though, I must say I have never had ribs on Easter even though two of you have in this thread so far.

I got a honeybakedham and told my wife to NOT put it in the oven.. fact I said it about 6 times... I go to take a nap what does she do....

But I cannot overstate about how amazing that ham was with that maple syrup baked into it. I'm going to cook it that way every time from now on.

We had chinese...

We didn't have one at all. I postponed Easter on account of rain.

I had more meat than I have eaten in about a month all in one meal and I am feeling it now the next day but it tasted good at the time.

I made - Roast pork with a pork and leek gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, savoy cabbage, apple and herb stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and apple sauce.

I haven't eaten a thing today yet because I still feel full.

a lot of good food here. That is what happens when you have a grandma that wants to cook almost everything :)

I had quite an awesome late lunch, so I pretty much didn't eat at night.

Its amazing at how little importance a day like that is, when you are NOT in an area where is is soooo commercialized. One of my online friends told me at 3pm that it was easter Sunday. I had no idea.

I stopped paying attention to the commercialization of these types of holidays a loooong time ago. For me it's about family, getting together with everyone and sharing some good times and some great food.

That's what holidays are for.
