Was wondering, just sent them a question about raising my withdrawal limits, how long have they been taking to respond to such questions lately?

A few days? A week?

Haven't really sent them a question similar to that for a while, last time it took them a almost a couple of weeks to get back to me, I wonder if it is still that slow?

Well i think average time is one week for such thing,Been a while since i requested raise.

when you mail it to michael it will be answered within a day or so. When you have to wait on epass it can take weekS
