The water was quite shallow, and the kid could have broken his leg, and perhaps been killed if he landed wrong or had landed on a submerged sharp object.

Still, I expect there will be far less uproar about this video than there was about the video a few weeks ago, that apparently depicted a Marine named "Motari", tossing a puppy off a cliff...

I'd like to see the time - with translation - prior to, and leading up to that point. I'm sure other would, as well. I can conceive of several scenarios where that kinda response could have been provoked. Maybe that's what happened here.

jesus fuck, i was expecting something crazy when i open this. like a 5 year old getting tossed into a river. instead i get damn near a full grown teenager tossed into a irrigation reservoir. looks like it was all shits and giggles joking around to me. the fall looked like about the equivalent of falling off a god damn trampoline. I bet he didn't even get bruised. fuck i've fallen flat on my fucking head from like 4 or 5 times that height many times of my own doing.
