But I don't think you will any pay per click sponsor.....

u wanna grow a site, be patient and go for the partnership, pay per sign up sponsors, they are more reliable, on ppc u'll always see shaving i dun care who the fuck they are

btw ucbill.com is not pay per click is pay per install at 7cents a quick download, they accept blind, exit, 404, anything and antything so does the good thing about them

Yes, you are right. And since it's a free download, it's not pop-up hell, so I think it will work well.

True, the shave sux -- but consider a few things... There are all sorts of indexing bots running through your site + foreign traffic that makes no money (% of this depends on your traffic sources) -- the shave is there for realistic purposes... The way I see it though -- these programs are dumb -- they fix the value of traffic at $.0X... meanwhile all the guys with great traffic are getting ass raped at a fixed rate because they know the traffic is worth more... The value per click should change dynamically based on all sorts of indicators like foreign traffic spread, behavior filters, browser info distribution, connect speed, etc. etc. etc. Soon buying traffic will be just like the stock market -- there will be a lot of technical analysis. I see this is the future and the fraud will drop as the cost of coding a cheat mechanism will be prohibitive... As for exits -- it wouldn't be difficult for any programmer with half a wit to allow the webmaster to turn off exits and then adjust the payout rate accordingly in realtime down to fractions of cents... This is the type of shit that you will see in the future. Click programs of old are just gay IMHO -- the faithful guys pushing them feel dicked over -- I've been friends wih them for years... Most of these guys are very sharp and they have very high expectations now for statistical analysis of traffic... now everyone trades on a script and the complexity of the stats is amazing -- there's no reason why a click program can't use the same technology -- and there's a lot of room for innovation in the analysis of surfer/click behavior -- the result with be more happy traffic site webmasters and more sales. I think a lot of the old click programs hoped to make a profit off of dumb webmasters that don't understand math -- hehe -- but all that has changed... Now a lot of freesites have their own click programs and have hired programmers to design custom stats and trading software. If you ask me, it's really fucking cool!

BTW why do you want to sell blind traffic... Where is it coming from? Why can't you target the traffic slightly?
