I am about to launch a mobile phone sex text service in the UK, even got ICSTIS prior permission.

I get paid about 90 pence a message from the mobile phone networks. I need to split this into 4 parts: Some to me, some to a person to manage the answereers and web masters, some to the people that answer the text messages, and some to web masters to promote the serivce (affiliates)

So I reckon I need 10%, and the person managing needs 10%, so how should I split the rest between paying someone to answer messages and paying web masters for generating traffic.

Would you web masters accept 20% leaving 60% to pay some one for answering or wouldnt you lot consider it for less than 60% to you for generating the traffic?

Let me know cos I want to get the pay out right.

why do you need 10%? Give it all to the webmaster and you answer the messages.

my 10% covers costs.... a short code costs £6,000 a month to rent
