Deff a great idea to integrate those shows into the tour, as long as the surfers know it's LIVE and not just some looped video or a fancy geo-ip trick.

and yes, from what I saw for the few mins I was there she did handle the zoo like a champ. :thumbsup

Will have to figure a better way of booting surfers to the join after X minutes than mass kicking.. will be done for tomorrow :D

Just have your coders create an overlay screen that appears after X mins, (with affil code when applicable) that says to see more they must signup.

When that screen appears it should in theory cover the entire video area and be about 80 - 90% opacity so the viewer can still kind of see whats going on, but not good enough for them to finish for free ;)

There's an overlay saying "your free preview is finished". Since I never visited the site before, I'm guessing there's either a bug, or you should change the wording.

Firefox 2.0, btw.

I was piping the first 10 - 20 mins of the show out for free, then overlaying to try to encourage the surfers to sign up ;)
