I need your help, how do you guys like this logo and header?
 

I had one of my designers come up with a logo for a new site of ours, and this is what he created:

Even though I liked it, I think it's VERY difficult to understand.

What you guys think?

And what about the header he created?

It is good work, but I agree its a little hard to read/ understand.

Hard to understand.. takes about 10 minutes in Photoshop to get that effect. IMO, get a new designer.

Plus - it's hard to read.

Composition is off, reads as "Fucking Hell in".....I would say the word "in" needs to be placed better to increase readability....

Took me a minute to figure it out...Personally, I'd separate the F & H as well as move IN.
