Depends on the sponsor... some if your long term and sending traffic, might pay you out anyways... some might be jerks and hold you to the minimum since they are losing you they've got nothing to lose by squeezing another sale out of you.

Minimum or no minimum if you made the money and no longer promote the people you can ask for your money.

why would there be a minimum payout in the first place then ?if you think it should not be respected ? ?makes no sense to me . .

either way, i can always tell the 3 sponsors i use for that niche that the person buying my site will sign up to those programs
