how come I NEVER get a PR when I submit to your mentioned 15 directories and you get..... :)))

PR doesn't show up overnight. Google only updates it about every 3 months. And you also should do more than just submitting to 15 directories.

I know when pr updates, all I say is submitting to those directories won't give you pr neither in 3 months nor in 6 months.
Of course adding more backlinks would give you pr, but thats not what you offer
