i am not removing the photos unless my host forces me to, which i doubt will happen. i already filed my challenge to his claim with them citing nonprofit fair use as outlined by the copyright code and they seem to have accepted my stance thus far. we'll see what happens. there's plenty of freehosts out there for me to post from, lol...

I am the owner of www.pickmylocks.com and these screen images were taken from my youtube account without permission. He has posted obsenities on the photos as well. His web host fails to comply therfore we are filing a legal action againt the registrar (godaddy.com if the photos are not removed) and the web host on Monday March 17th.

Contact owners of the script he is selling on his tubephp bullshit and get them in on it, he will get his penniless ass sued off and his hosting cancelled. Also contact adsense, clickbank and whoever else he is using and let them know the scam he is pulling he will get canned and if he is making any money with them he will lose it when his account is canned.
