yeah the article is only a couple days old. i thought i post it here cuz we all travel so much, specially to those questionable destinations :)

personally i always find that trips to the states are always a great time to do a HD backup using time machine on my MAC.. and remove any and all potentially questionable content after it has been backed up ..... and when it comes to crossing a boarder .. ALL ADULT CONTENT is considered questionable .. something i have done when I want to have content to show to webmasters and other potential traffic trade guys is to load up my PSP memory sticks and use it as a viewer/playback unit .. haven't ever had them question my gaming systems for adult content ....yet..

I'll be traveling in the next few months, what happen if I'm asked to see my laptop? I encrypt all my data using a 256-bit pair keys. I don't/I won't give them the pass phrase.
