Bestcrypt is the best I've found. You can have 'container' files of any size and you can burn them on cd, dvd, etc.

Yay for TrueCrypt! I've used BestCrypt for quite some time, which is rock solid... but open source (TrueCrypt) is better for future development.
Both works basically the same way and has similar features, they're really neat apps :thumbsup
