Best way to keep track of sponsor programs

How do you keep track of your sponsor programs user/pwds?

Anyone have a nice system in place?

I need a better way to keep them organized.

1.) Simple text file
2.) MS Excel spreadsheet
3.) MS Access database

I do everything with Excel, keeping track of Programs, sites, links, hosting, link trades... everything....

Just use one sponsor ;) TopBucks :)

Actually, we have similar issues and use combo excel and statsremote.
