It is difficult to know how to respond to such monumentally misplaced values, but let's try this: He shouldn't make it virtually impossible to fire incompetent workers. That's just common sense. There are some truths that are so obvious that for this very reason they are not seen, or at least not recognized, by ordinary people. All you have to do is dare to imply that I should expose the connections between the prissy problems that face us and the key issues of favoritism and philistinism.
