Because teenage girls are innoncent do not want to have sex ever. Only time they have sex is when it's forced. And also even if she wants it, it's bad for her to do as it will mentally fuck her up. A teenage boy however MUST have sex with hot teachers as it is a good learning experience. Unless the teacher is ugly then she gets hard time too.

22 years is a tad much imo. Ive known some 13 year old kids that were pretty damn mature. If you think back even to say the 60's it wasn't uncommon for maybe girls that age to marry and sometimes much older men. Saying its a different time might work to an extent, but lets face it 13 year olds today are much more savvy about sex etc now than they would of been back in the 60's and beyond. Just a bit over the top on the sentence. Think about it the girl will be 35 when he gets out and 45 when he is off of probation. I really doubt she will have long term mental issues over this. I lost my virginity at 13 to a 15 year old girl. Not a huge age difference. But come on 22 years pfft.

What about that one teacher that fucked that Fillipino boy a decade ago was in her 30's and he was 12. And she only got 7 years because she violated a court order to stay away from him.
