Anyone have this problem with Norton AntiVirus 2002?
 

Whenever i scan for viruses it always hangs up sometimes it doesn't hang up and sometimes it does i have it up to date and nothing is running on my computer in the background to make it lock up the hole computer. Maybe i should buy 2003 but i heard it's not much different than the 2002 version.

why do you use that shit in the first place? Just get rid of it.

If you're using Outlook, just get rid of the preview pane, then right click on any emails you get and view their properties, then view message source.

That way you aren't going to get burned by any virus and you can tell by looking at the source code which ones to delete and which ones to open.

Antivirus programs always cause more harm then they are worth for me.

I use 2002 win XP Pro and I don't have any problems with it. I never do a full hd scan. I have it watch incoming emails and I scan anything I download but that's it.

Yes, I have had some issues with XP
