Wouldnt you wish to possibly post the income recieved from renting your house out? Ball park figure in case someone desires to keep doing it. Will contacts also be included, what about current phone number or means of contact for such business?

About 1/3 to 1/2 of the scenes shot at my house are for our own productions, so I only rent it out about 8 days a month. If you wanted, you could probably rent it out 25.

Well it's residential zoning. If you use common sense, you can keep it that way. Technically you need an LA filming permit, but I have never gotten one. There's no reason to bother if you are gonna be discreet.
