That seems about right as we get asked from our clients for the same exact top languages ( not including English of course) Although I'm always skeptical of charts, and stats like these. The truth of the matter is the net is truly international, and as much as we like to think that the english language is the universal language of the net. It truly is not.

look at the growth of arabic usage on the net

japan is very high. Why ?

Portuguese is only 7th.
