Doctor Dre 03-09-2008 03:18 PM

One year ago, when somebody talked about this, americans simply said 'You don't understand american economy'.

It was obviously comming.

axelez 03-09-2008 03:28 PM

Good read.

brandonstills 03-09-2008 05:06 PM

Interesting. It's only common sense that these types of things would happen with the mass lack of fiduciary responsibility of the American public and gov't.

Sounds like a LaRouchite.

Good luck with the bonus predictions but most of the others are already occuring.

I remember losing my job during the recession in the 80's. Got laid off there was nothing out there in the car business dealerships were closing one a week. I wound up working at a flower shop making shit busting my ass there for 60 hrs a week. It took about 6 months then things opened up and I was able to get out of there. I was so happy. lol

Drake 03-09-2008 10:23 PM

Thank you for the story about your hard work and determination.

This brings up another huge issue I never hear anyone talk about which is the character of the average person who will suddenly come face to face with poverty.

Can you imagine how much worse the great depression would have been if you replaced the population which existed at that time with the population which exists today? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Would there even be anything left?

Kico pool accounts are nice because they keep it safe for you.

The sad thing about the economy is that this shit was predicted years ago by a lot of people. I remember hearing experts talk constantly about how housing is going to go in the shitter. How banks are going to get fucked hard. No one seemed to listen though.

Now we have a government who thinks mailing out some $600 checks is going to magically fix the problem.

Kard63 03-10-2008 09:03 AM

He is a smart guy.
