I dunno enough about it.

While I'd wholly support a bill that says:

[bill]"Waterboarding is illegal. Any torture is illegal."[/bill]

One that "restrict[s] the CIA to using only the 19 interrogation techniques listed in the Army field manual." might not be the best solution.

I'm not sure what those 19 are... but I'd imagine that interrogators need to think outside the box every once in awhile.

Good, good. We may need to waterboard him and his cronies come 2009, and we wouldn't want a law to stand in the way.

That's kind of.. fucked up. Why bother with the simulation? Other countries are incredibly cruel and sadistic - so, why can't we be?
