Smoking Fetish Poll

Is there money to be had in this smoking fetish stuff. I'm planning on starting a blog as an affiliate and wondering if it's worth my while. It seems pretty easy to get into as there's not as much competition that other niches, even seems "easier" to take the leap into making my own paysite if I go down this road. Maybe i'm wasting my time though...

Has anyone here experience of smoking fetish... any advice?

Who knows... with more people quitting, I culdnt tell you what the appeal of this niche market would be :) Like everything else, im sure theres a group out there who loves this stuff :)

XXX Jay and I had some chick go off on us because he told her he thought when chicks smoke its takes 3 points off them. As in a 9 becomes a 6 when she smokes.

I always had this theory that chicks who smoke are easier to get to fuck you.

Back to your question. I know a couple producers who put out smoking fetish DVD's, they did not do very well, but that was the DVD market and not the net.

The short answer: Yes, there is money to be made.

The longer answer: Yes, there is money to be made *if* you take the time to research and understand the niche. People who are into smoking are very particular about what they like --- and it's not like just throwing up some pics of girls with big tits along with some generic text --- a photo or video of a girl holding a cigarette, or a girl puffing out some smoke she didn't inhale isn't going to get you much of anywhere. If you spend the time to learn the difference between a french inhale and a snap inhale --- and even better, if *you* find smoking women sexy and can write text that reflects that, then yes, there is money to be made :-)

(BTW Dan, most DVD's we've seen put out by people who aren't *fully into* the smoking fetish market, aren't anything that people with a smoking fetish would be interested in - and quite honestly, the profits to be made on smoking DVDs are much smaller than in more well-known niches. I once told a model's agent that if we sold 300 copies of her DVD we'd be thrilled, and he said "300,000 units? That's fantastic!" And I said, "um, no.......300 copies." Admittedly, we only sell by mail to our existing base, and don't have retail distribution deals, but smoking DVDs don't sell a lot of copies. The market is much more online-based.)

The makes a lot of sense the two DVD's that were released were called Smoking Sirens by Brittany Andrews and Suck and Smoke by Grego. They both sold around units, which to them was horrible as it didn't even cover their costs. They were selling them the old traditional brick and motor way via a distributer, who sold to wholesalers, who sold to stores.

I feel that if you sell direct to the consumer via the net, or mail order that this could be profitable.

Evening bump!

Though I know there is money to be made and honestly the more taboo something becomes oddly the more it is desired. With more and more people kicking the habit the more the enthusiast has to look for what they desire and purchase from those who get it.

Saturday morning bump. Good morning Europeans :)
