I you buy lifetime hardlinks from someone and you catch them fucking you would you do a credit card charge back? Its only been 3 weeks. I'm sure I can. I think I will.

If I just let him add the links back I'll have to police that shit forever and I dont want to. I check once a month maybe. If I wanted to check weekly it would take so much time I'd be better off just making my own sites for inbound links.

did you contact them? could be a honest mistake, he might have done work on his template or something. On the checking, just get a script to check your links for you.

Im not trying to be smart ,but LIFETIME links is a very big promise to someone I think and really hard to guarantee.

I would be worried about a person making such offers,although problems after 3 weeks is a different story.

I'd contact the guy and see what's up, if it happens once it could be a honest misstake, I did one like that not long ago, forgot that the guy had bought the links and went looking for my backlink and got mad when I didn't find mine so deleted it, the guy contacted me the day after though, good thing he did, I don't want to screw anyone.
