Need designer for a Vbulletin design (cartoon style)
 

Hey,
For my soccer forum i need a cool new style.

Its a Vbulletin forum.
Design have to have a very cool header - prefer if there could be some cartoonish style over it - with mascot.

The rest also - button ect.

I need it coded into a working VB style
