Wireless Network Tools

What apps should I download for this new laptop for wireless? I used to use a nice wireless network finder but it doesn't work with this laptop.

Thats what I had but it doesn't work with this adapter, just it's sits there and says not found

Get an Intel 3945 Mini-PCI card for $20. Throw that out.
