Fuck Houston, I have vowed to NEVER fly through there again
 

Third time I've flown through there, and the third time I got stuck there. I was supposed to have a whole day in Los Angeles to fuck around today, but now I don't. Not only that, I have to run around and try to get money back for the shit I booked and missed.

The good news is Marc Womack introduced me to the deliciousness that is Waffle House, so I suppose it wasn't a TOTAL loss.

But still, fuck Houston.

After my wifes fiasco last year because of them she has made sure I am positive whatever we fly does not land in Texas at all. She had been 1st class, got grounded and was forced to stay overnight. Apparently they ground planes when it sprinkles there. They gave her a hotel voucher and then placed her in coach the next flight instead of back in 1st.

Yeah part of it was airlines fault but fuck em.

We have those, I like them. But the Waffle House was a whole new world.

It's a total fucking nightmare flying through there. I'll fly 3 or 4 hours out of the way before I stop in that town again. :2 cents:

Is it really worse than O'Hare? I have flown through the dozens of times throughout the years, I can't remember it ever going right once.

It's way too busy. I really don't understand why they filter everything through O'Hare, why not filter some through Minneapolis, St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Detroit. I'm sure there's a reason somewhere, but it also seems to me like that could take a lot of the burden off of O'Hare.

We are sitting in the phoenix airport. Just got back from trying to kill our 8 hour layover. I absolutely hate this airport but atleast it has wireless.

At least you didn't fly thru Philly... They will lose all your shit and then tell you to GFY LOL!

I had a small layover in Houston, Customs FUCKING SUCKS, almost missed my connecting flight. You have to do security twice, then they switched the gate:disgust I got there and about 6 people on my flight missed it, because of all the bullshit:(

Sounds like the BS I went through in North Carolina!
