Day labor dawg. There are tons of jobs you just have to be willing to be paid cash and want to stand on the side of the street for hours.

I completely agree with you, it took me forever to find a job. They are building a LOT of houses, but not as many businesses are starting up.

that means more people are moving here then the jobs that are available.

I just stopped looking. Completely. I'm doing the freelance thing. It works out all right, but I've been infected lately with an influx of really, really bad clients. Thankfully, no one from GFY was part of that cesspool.

I was formerly in the tech sector, and 'GT Bill' is exactly right. So many people moved here in anticipation of Phoenix and surrounding areas blowing up, and it was a great plan until they figured out that they couldn't afford a house.

The job market in AZ has pretty much always sucked, thats why I taught myself everything and set off to work for myself.

yeah I'm also in arizona and the market here is horrible. I'm freelancing design work but I've also lately had clients who won't respond or complete payments so jt sucks. I'm planning on moving soon.

i find them all the time, but not having money to shoot doesnt keep them around long.But things will change.!!

The market in the entire valley sucks to tell you the truth. Our mainstream company has seen a big decline in sales. Budgets are locked up and business is not what it was like a year ago.

Sucks, but what's great in Arizona is that you can hire guys for 8$ an hour easily.

just dont get caught lol with that sanctions law

Hit up all the temp placement companies, for design/tech work - you can get hired for $12-$18 hour, temp work, and if you are good one of the companies may pick you up.
