f you are receiving this message your account has already been temporarily

Sandy at webair is actually very helpful and always replies to my emails very fast during normal business hours. If you have any billing problems then hit her up at sandy @ webair dot com

Sadly I can't say that the tech support has been that great lately. Hope it will improve.

Sadly I can't say that the tech support has been that great lately. Hope it will improve.

You didn't pay your bill, so I am not sure what the complaint is.

But is WebAir really that bad? All i see if complaint after complaint. Are these just isolated incidences and the majority of people love them? I was about to get a few servers from them and then came across so many complaints here.

It looks like only 3 days (1 business day) have passed since march 1st (when the bill is due?) Looks like they don't fuck around, they cut you off pretty quick...

i says it before, i say it again, webair is da best i ever hosted with! got boxes with them in amsterdam and in the big apple. i dont know much about da virtual hosting other den a small account i got for a client never had an issue wit it though

My credit card on file was expired. I asked them to send me a bill for 5 months.
They sent out the bill. and then suspend my account.
I feel sad
