If it was filmed with hidden cameras, then it would make sense, but if you get surprised by a video crew in full pro gear you would not act like they're not there at all.

Guys were likely paid to put on a real fight with real fists flying, but this is not how people act when they get surprised with cameras rolling. I’m seriously having hard time believing this was not staged. Take a look at it again and notice how nobody ever says anything against cameras filming, how they never even attempt to push a camera away or ask what the fuck these cameras are doing here. They all take them as though they are supposed to be there. Camera crew are obviously a part of the scene everyone was made aware of up front.
