Anyone receive a 1099 from Cams.com?
 

I'm working on my taxes, and didn't get a 1099 from Cams.com. I've contacted them several times over the past few weeks but have had no response. Just wondering if anyone has received a 1099 from them, or if they didn't send them out for some reason.
