I'm quite sure some of you wondered where I've been. And as CCBuddie website said, things are out of control.
Not even sure if any of this is an interest to you, but ...

As many of you know, I'm recently married and with that marriage came three wonderful daughters. Money became tight, but, I wasn't overly concerned about it at the time. I have always been able to generate money. That was up until the latter part of December. Some of you may recall I made a few offerings for my ccbuddie script and other services like blog installation customizations etc. all fine and dandy. I made a few dollars and a big deal, considering we had a lot of bills past bills, it was needed. But what happened next I wasn't expecting...

During November and December I noticed my wife hadn't exactly been "up to snuff." She would occasionally start slurring her speech complaining of a lot of pain in her joints, quite often followed with headaches. Serious headaches. Along with a loss of balance. She couldn't walk straight.

Well of course I took her to the doctor after much battling. The doctor didn't know exactly what was going on. So he (the doctor) ordered her off work until we get some test results to figure out what is wrong. It got to the point where she wasn't doing well at all, she would have her good days and bad days. More bad days. So this left me to take care of the things that need to be taken care of with three little ladies girls and an ill wife in the house A dauting task... ( I have raised my neices on and off through out the years but it's differnet when you are the husband and step-dad and not the uncle and brother)

I couldn't believe it . those of you who know me personally or just dealt with me online know I am a straight shooter. If I say something I will do it. If I don't know the answer to something, I will tell you and help you find a solution you need. I have always been like this. Unless its a free thing I may forget but even then if I am reminded I will follow through, I will attend to it

Figuring everything will work out and we'll be okay, I paid some of the bills including the doctor visits. But that is when "the shit hit the fan"

One of the reasons I don't post on the boards often is, there are so many who would rather play games with people than attend thier own business. I had one person, one God damn person. Screw me so hard so fast. I froze just staring at the screen. I couldn't belove what I was reading.

This guy hired me to set up two blog sites, customizing them to have RSS feeds posted in the blogs along with a great deal of customization (giving him a slight discount on my services as a "package"). When I had finished up most everything he removed access to the administration panels. Not a big deal, I figure it's his website. I don't need it. I contacted him to follow up with final payment to start generating traffic for his blog's that we had discussed earlier. You know, comments on other blogs, link-ups etc. etc. No answer... only an offline message ... telling me "Your a scam artist". WTF???

Then I receive an email notice almost immediatly afterwards. He filed fraudulent claims against my PayPal account. Claiming I didn't send him "computer parts".... WTF again... Computer parts... (I don't sell physical items though paypal only services) He made two claims, all within a matter of few minutes, exactly the same, replying to each one 3 times (this, locks the dispute from being commented on). Each time accelerating his claim. By the time I got to PayPal. My account was frozen.

So I did what any person in my position. I called PayPal.... Fourtythee minutes later. My account was opened up again, but had unresolved claims. I wasn't overly concerned with that because I was assured I would be getting my money back on it. Case closed,

Or so I thought. They did refund/close one of the claims. I figured it would just be a matter of time before the other one is closed a week went by. Two weeks go by, then I get a notice. "Your PayPal account has been limited."

PayPal decided it was in their own best interest to refund the money to the bastard. He couldn't get an entire refund, because I only had a few dollars. I paid bills and on top of that my debit card associated with PayPal was part of the refund process. I didn't ahve any real money in that account. So what happened next, all the bills that I sent out to be paid, bounced. here I am sitting with a negative bank balance of about Negative 700 dollars.

Now back to the doctor and the appointments, We get call from the hospital. They want $1175 before they start testing, her for MS, seizures and other things. Or no testing... She has still not been gotten the tests shes needs.

The past few months, things have gone from good to bad to worse. We are quite literally now at a absolute loss.

We had to file for state assistance, awaiting to hear from them should be within the next few days (hopefully). At least my wife will be able to get those tests taken care of so we can find out what is wrong. And our daughters will have some food on the table. Yes its' litterally that bad, worse than that actually If I don't make some money soon ... We will have to find a home with no money.

To summarize The shitty stuff that has happened

A guy made fraudulant claims against my PAypal account locking my ability to make money online.
Bounced checks due to tie in with paypal. I paid bills with the paypal debit backed with my banks debit card which had very little money)
We have been taken to court to be evicted.
We lost internet (bounced bill)
Had to file for State Medical and foodstamps. (awaiting for that case worker tells us we should have something soon)
Laptop was dead but I finally was able to repair it (never take laptop apart without making notes) it's not like a desktop :S
My wife is not well, we don't have the money to pay for the medical testing to find out what is wrong with her to get better ( or at least manage what is going on if it MS or siezures)
Wife lost job due to being off work so long even thoguh it's a medical release.
My regular job ... cut me down to two days
Taking care of wife and three kids along with house. Dauting task
Lost hosting shortly after getting back online
My personal pains from my neck and shoulder have been getting worse again (many of you may recall I was on state Medical disability for cronic pain)
I owe people money allot of money

Things are far from even remotely good, but I am hopeful. We are teettering on the edge

What I am doing to make sure this never happens again. along with good thing

Paypal has allowed me to open a new business account under the circumstances (it's good to know people in higher places there)
Get annual hosting and add addtional year or two on primary domains
Aditional back-up hosting just in case primary server goes down.
Am now a "registered business" with state and fed. Allows me to do more main stream work
25% of all sales will be withdrawn for business saftey savings
Filed with state for medical and food. (this is only a temporay thing I hope one of those good bad deals)
Eventually Will have back up method of accepting money online: merchant account or something(Epass is not an option)
CCbuddie Reducing the price of the PERL CGI version to a lower price (why cause I need sales)
Will be coming out with an "new" version of CCbuddie Written in PHP. Purchasers of the CGI/PERL Version will be given discounted price on the PHP Version (a few who purchased early on will be GIVEN the php version as an option those who got a "barter/discount" will not)
Single serve CCbuddie for webmasters who only have one website coming soon.
All of my digital goods /services will be tracked.
Going back to my old school method of marketing online using my methods that I know work and still do work.
Offering addtional services to mainstream webmasters and the general public.
Paypal will provide me with information of the person who made fraudulant claims
Will be taking that guy to court to get money and damages (with a "pettiion to procede as a poor person") All of which I have been given and found to be associated with this person will be submitted in court.
Once court is over with : DA in his area will recieve notice for felony fraud under .

With that sadly, I must say the risk involved in dealing with people in general within the adult industry.
