Palestinians have used children as young as three, not only for shields, but as actual WEAPONS (bombs)! Most of the homes that the IDF must search for wanted terrorists are booby-trapped. If the Arabs want to protect themselves, they can surrender the wanted terrorists to Israel, making the whole operation unnecessary. When I visited Israel, you actually get to see how ruthless the both sides are. There has to be more proof that what was already shown. They mentioned ages and showed a video while talking. And they say "appears to show isreali solders ..." which could be a twist from the media. Also the human rights person saying there were three testimonials, but there has to be more than just a persons word. I know they said there are pictures but they weren't shown.
