What should I do in Australia
 

I am going to Sydney in a month on business. I dont know what to see there besides the opera house. I only have one full day for sightseeing and the next 4 days I will have evenings to spend doing whatever.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

Seriously, that's your best bet. Find out what there is to do on your own accord, that way everyone's suggestions won't suck ;)

How many days are you staying?

Climb the Harbour Bridge. On a clear day you'll get to see why Sydney is the most beautiful city in the world!
Or, take a ferry to Taronga Zoo...it's an impressive place to be (great views too).

You must do something on the Harbour.

Cruise, Ferry, Jet Boat.. etc etc

Is there any good house music clubs in Australia?

Build an igloo.

duct tape raw steaks to your calves and go for a swim, it could prove interesting.

go to manly or bondi if the weather is nice

Centerpoint tower is always a good place to see the city.

I live in Sydney (about 10 minutes from the CBD) and I would suggest:

Bridge Walk - organised climbs right to the top of the Harbour Bridge

CentrePoint Tower - An amazing view of Sydney and skywalk also

Cruise The Harbour - by day and night

Blue Mountains - Ride the steepest incline Railway in the world down to a lush and hidden valley. or Float on air by taking a ride on the Skyway with its world first Electro-Sceni Glass Floor.

There's a few suggestions ... there's heaps to do in Sydney ... have fun and enjoy your trip! :thumbsup
