I need a php proxy script rewritten. Right now it uses fsocketopen, which cant handle "bind to ip". But I need this Proxy beeing bind to a IP on a linux machine with multiple ips.

If you're running PHP 5+ you can use stream_socket_client with stream_context_create to bind to an IP and open a socket just like fsockopen so that the rest of your code doesn't have to change.. I tried this a few weeks back and it worked fine although you may have to ensure certain libraries are turned on...
