Who Does the Cheapest Toons?
 

I think I'm gonna need 3 or 4 toons done but I don't want to put too much money into them, anyone up for doing a few for a good price for a portfolio, a good review and I would recommend you when writing blog posts if people need a redesign of their blog as well.
