Sorry, misread, yes, 900 is the norm if you go through one of the larger adult agencies. They will charge you a $100 booking fee as well.

There are some guys that will do scenes for around $200 but you usually only have it exclusively for a few months, then they sell it on.

you could try placing adult classifieds, it's alway cheaper to find your own models, rather than booking through an agency....

girls get $900 per scene whether they're new or been around awhile - many girls/agents are at $1000 and some at $1500. guys get 4-500 per scene - average guys not the top guys - top guys get 700-900.

girls who've been shot out can be had for less - depending on how bad they need the cash. some guys will work for 200 just to get laid and make some money.

that's LA prices - prices are cheaper elsewhere.

Elsewhere rates can vary from 3-600 for girls and 1-400 for guys. It's also very dependent on what type of content is being shot.

The issue with this is are they AIM tested and if not who's going to pay the $200 for the test ? The girls you get from the big agencys are at least all tested.

Our experience is the rate for guys (at least in gay porn) is HIGHLY variable. I think the numbers the guy on the MTV program were stating were inflated to make it seem more palatable to his family. While there are definitely gay studios that will pay a male model $3000-5000 a scene, there are a lot of studios that pay between $400-1500 a scene as well, and generally, only the really well established, high value guys get toward that upper end.

And... for what it's worth, the "straight" guy in the MTV program isn't. For one thing, he takes it up the poop shoot in a few scenes he's done, and his own Myspace says he's "straight for the moment" until he can find a guy he likes that isn't a piece of shit. Which really means he's gay but hasn't found Mr. Right yet and doesn't want to admit it to himself and his family till that happens.

And all you straight guys wanting to do porn? There isn't much difference between a guy's ass and a girl's ass... you should really try it sometime :)

Well...maybe 100 words, but trust me, the headaches you'll save working with an agent is worth thousands.
