I watched a show on it and the warden forces them to do it for the most part. to amuse himself and to show that they can be controlled . human rights groups are trying to force him to stop making them dance.

Ya, they love their little dance teams there. Whenever I go there, there are always kids up on the roof of my building practicing their dance routines.

There are much worse things to be made to do in prison.
