At what CPM you would sell the banners?
 

Assuming you are getting paid for impressions from North America, Western Europe and Japan. At what CPM you would sell banners of sizes 728x90, 160x600, 300x250 etc.

I would say anything from $0.01 to $0.10 per click but I guess it would depend on the quailty of the traffic. People will pay insane prices for good conveting traffic I guess, so most of your poll prices would apply if the traffic was good

Actually poll is for CPM ads, not PPC. Plus, its not like what you will pay .. it was at what price you would sell, normally.
