can someone please tell me what the deal is with CHEAPIES.COM and if they are scaming
 

Not 5 minutes after I unlock a domain to transfer it from its current registar to domainnamesystems.com I get a authorization email to transfer it to cheapies.com - can someone tell me why? Is there a backlog list for when domains are unlocked???
