What is the best, most proven plugin for wordpress that keeps wordpress install updated with the most recent release?

thanks will take a look, I found these both doing a google search I am just looking for a good plugin that people here have used

i'd use a plugin if it could update all of the other plugins too.. in the meantime i just have my programmers update them all in one go.
