First one i just exchanged for the red color.....

so the red one was giving me beef annd shit , i went back to ATT store and got a third one...

This one seems to be working perfect

8310 Curve...... first exchange was just cause i wanted diff color..... second time i was hearing static and shitty call reception.... i went back and got new phone...... so far so good.
