Why does Fox News think it's "Usama bin Laden"?

Am I the only person who notices that Fox News has always spelled and pronounced Osama bin Laden as Usama bin Laden? Are they just stupid or are they somehow more well informed than the rest of us and we still won't listen?

These things can be ambiguous, especially when you go between different languages and alphabets.
